Transient Channels is a series of fleeting moments captured in the little known underpasses of East Coast Park. Though sitting quietly hidden in the foliage of the park, these accessways serve an important role in connecting the park with Singapore. Separated by a large 6 to 8 lane expressway, it is fairly disconnected physically from the points of access by means of public transport. These underpasses act as transient channels, connecting Singaporeans with the park.
