To find value in the useless.
This project explores the possibilities of an object that is no longer of value, and how the object’s original form and characteristics can be disrupted to contradict logic and create an absurdity. Exploring with the surrealist technique of juxtaposing, I contradicted the qualities and materials of my item, a traditional tingkat, to create the Tullekat.
